High quality manual ball valve produced with both food grade plastic and gasket and with a practical swivel solution. The valve is used with advantage in conjunction with the Brewers Heat Exchanger, as it is ideal for venting the exchanger's cooling side before use. The exchanger is vented effectively by closing the valve so that the air is compressed and escapes when the valve is opened again. Effective venting is achieved by doing this repeatedly.
