Terms and Conditions at Brewers Hut

Prices and payment: All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment can be made with VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay and bank transfer. The amount will only be deducted when the item is shipped.

Delivery: We deliver to addresses in Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland). Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days, and the shipping price starts from DKK 49. Goods are shipped with GLS or PostNord. Contact us if there are any delivery problems.

Pickup: Orders can also be picked up at our address every Thursday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Right of complaint: There is a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. Complaints must be sent to Brewers Hut, Tyttebærvej 5, 9530 Støvring. We will cover reasonable return costs in connection with valid complaints.

Right of withdrawal: You have 14 days to withdraw from the date of receipt. The notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@brewershut.dk . The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition to: Brewers Hut, Tyttebærvej 5, 9530 Støvring. The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Personal data: In order to deliver your order, we register your name, address, telephone number and email. This data is processed in accordance with GDPR and stored securely.
